I'm able to effectively tutor in the following subjects: writing skills, reading comprehension, history (Global, European, and American), biology, logic, political science and theory, religion, philosophy, SAT & ACT prep, and college counseling. For those in the New York City area looking for help in writing skills, reading comprehension, history, biology, logic, political science and theory, religion, or philosophy. Price can be adjusted down to $25 an hour for those who cannot afford the full price.
NYC Area Test Prep & College Help
$70/hour
For those in the New York city area looking to prepare for college tests and for help in navigating the college application process. Price can be adjusted down to $30/hour for those who cannot afford the full price.
Pro Bono Work
I offer free tutoring to students who don't have the means to pay for my traditional tutoring services. All of the services listed above are available. I don't require individuals to prove that they can't afford my typical tutoring services, but would ask that they be certain that paying would cause undue financial burden, since spots are limited. Right now, I'm willing to take on 2-3 cases. I typically only take on work for students in the New York City metropolitan area, though I'm open to Skype/FaceTime sessions if a student has a pressing need for a tutor.
